Monday Night road teams are currently 8-3 SU. Did Fassel make any guarantees yet? Think it is time for them to make their move if they are going to do it again. Giants +5.5

After Keyshawn Johnson's deactivation, I'm convinced this team is not focused. Giants have not showed up either the past couple of weeks but beating the Super Bowl Champs on Monday Night would be a nice momentum builder. Tiki should have big game as he wants to do well against Ronde. Giants +5.5

if you work at a company and one of the guys you would never think could be fired, gets fired, it sends a serious message to the rest of the employees.
EVERYONE IS A NUMBER AND CAN BE REPLACED.
we've all seen it happen, if your old enough to have been working all your life.
and as those have seen it know, everybody left at the company walks the line, FAST!
watch a serious effort out of tampa bay.
this could be a lobsided tampa blowout with a defensive, offensive and special teams effort clicking on all cylinders reminicent of thier superbowl form.
the 5.5 might be covered in the first 5.5 minutes of the game.

GAME.

I like the Over here. Both teams have a decent passing game and Tiki will run for some long ones. I definately think that the Bucs will be focused but hopefully more so on offense so the Giants can just throw to go OVER. The Bucs D can get paaed on too. High scoring

I guess I lean towards the Bucs here. There was a lot of tension between Coach and Key, he will desperately want to win this one. Don't think he was popular in the locker room either so players may show up big too. Don't forget, though they haven't played like it this is the defending world champs at home on Monday night football. Bucs 28-10.

Tampa Monday Night trend:

Play on them if they are dogs under the Monday Night lights or against if favored. 9-1 ATS since 1998.

The Giants are something like 1-8 L9 ATS on Monday Night Football, 1-6 ATS L7 on grass and half of their defense is on IR. If Shockey plays that would be a big help but who knows how effective he'll be if he's still banged up.

On the other hand the entire Buccaneer receiving corps is also all banged up and losing Keyshawn hurts them even more from an injury point of view. Jurevicious and McCardell will play but again who knows how effective they can be. Bucs are 1-5 ATS at home this year but 11-3 ATS off a SU loss as a favorite (these aren't my own trends).

I think this is an awful game to bet on tonight and I'm passing but I think TB has the edge because I think the majority of their defense is intact and they should have an edge up front against the banged up Giants. They should also be able to get vertical against the G Men even with their banged up wideouts. I've seen the G Men and they are pathetic right now. Good luck tonight.
