bills under is my hope, and i see injury trouble pushing the bills down..... bills just get too cheap imho and peters probably will not play for them....

The Bills have a pretty good future, and I like their defense, but that offense is just too sub-par for them to win 9 game IMO. Best case scenario for Bills fans IMO is a throw away season for a top pick to draft Stafford and build the offense around him and Lynch.

I'm torn on that game. I'm just rooting for the Falcons for my season win total bet. The total could go either way IMO. It could sail over with Detroit having tons of big guns on offense and having a terrible defense, but with Matt Ryan starting the season it's such a question mark to me how that offense will perform. They could come out well if Ryan is in sync with the WR's and Turner performs to the level he is expected to, but it's still a question mark. Atlanta also has an underrated defense. I could see this game being 27-21 or something like that though, which is over by plenty.

Good luck.

I can see Atlanta winning:

wk 3 KC
wk 6 Chi
wk 9 @Oak
wk 17 StL

couple toss-up home games..Det, NO, Den

All is in the hands of a rook QB, first-time#1 RB still believe they are an up and coming team.

Good Luck throughout the season...

That's 7 games right there that they possibly could win, and I'd throw even more in there. They could win any game against a division opponent, and that is 5 more games. At home against TB, and CAR, and on the road against TB, CAR and NO are all winnable games IMO. Will they likely beat those teams on the road? Probably not, but they'll be between 7-10 point dogs most likely in those contests and it isn't out of the question they pull off an upset in one of those games. I don't see 5-11 as being a stretch for this team. They have a decent team, but I did like the bet more with Redman starting. Ryan will be a great pro IMO, but I'm not too wild about rookie QB's starting.

Good luck to you also.

2-1 so far this weekend. Carolina is outplaying SD also. Futures look good in week 1. I figured Buffalo would win, and it was nice to see Atlanta win and Jack loss. Man is that team overrated. Washington still makes the conference finals IMO, and they finish 9-7.

Bradys injury worries me a little, but Cassel is a great backup that would start on most teams.

'Cassel is a great back-up who would start on most teams'.

Do you realize that he hasn't started a football game since he was in high school. He never started in college. Great might be a little much and he definitely wouldn't start on most NFL teams. His pre-season was so bad there was a question as to whether he would be the back-up. You can be sure the Pats will be talking to the Browns about Quinn or trying to get Culpepper to re-think his retirement.

Great might have been overstating it a bit, but he's still much better than people give him credit for. He can run this offense no problem, and with the group that surrounds him I still believe they can win 13 games without too much difficulty. Not a chance the Browns trade Quinn either. If they did they would possibly be giving the Pats the next Tom Brady and Derrick Anderson is not a very good QB. Brady Quinn will be starting this year, but it will be for the Browns, not the Pats. Culpepper might get a ring if they don't trust Cassel, but I'm not sure him and Moss are too close.

This team won't win 13 games without Tom Brady. Cassel 'maintained' against the lowly Kansas City Chiefs, at HOME, and they won. Now he has to START and lets see how that works out over the next 15 games.

Derek Anderson will start for the Browns as long as he doesn't get hurt. If the Browns thought Quinn was the better QB you can be sure that's who they would play. No team in their right mine starts an inferior player in this league. Romeo wants to win games and Anderson gives them the best chance.
