Really liking the Fish and Bengals this week for odd reasons. Anybody got some insight on these games?

Steelers win imo last week if not for Bush and Haden mysterious game time deactivated. Losing Watt then TY on defense didn’t help. Raiders bit banged up off two big wins vs Two banged up teams. Steelers o line is weak. Big Ben bit washed. That Bills win was all defense. Raiders and Steelers both over bought imo.

Fish Defense especially back end is stout. That Bills score is misleading imo. Seems like a good spot Fish win SU even if Jacoby Biscuits is QB which I like a bit better. Believe the Fish can sneak in Vegas and grab a road dog win here. Raiders o line a mess. Run game a mess. Defense is still a big liability. Thinking the Fish May be able to win this one off the defense.

Bengals same situation. Johnson and Ben banged up. Weak O line. Loss of Ty and Watt??? Bush and Haden??? Steelers are very overrated team imo. Good dose of Mixon would be good spot to help Burrows. Nice bounce back spot also after 3 ints vs Bears.

Anybody care to throw in some info on Bengals or Fish this week as road dogs? Leaning on em so far.

Great insight on Bengals and Fish. Good spot to fade Raiders here, agree with. Still not sure about Bengals but leaning that way as well. Scares me that Ben missed entire practice week before Cincy game last year and then torched them in the game.

I agree that Miami is the play
But if the Raiders are for real that low line is good for the Raiders
Sometimes teams are better than expected and the lines stay low and teams cover like crazy
Dak Prescotts first year with the Cowboys was a great example
But I am betting on both the situational play and the fact that the Raiders are not going to be that good

Chris - I agree with your leans on CINNCY on MIAMI. The bengals defense and Special teams better than the Steel, Joe Burrow is killer no quit and even if CINNCY falls behind the have the horses to keep up with PITT...Gotta back the divisional dog in the 1st month especially a hungry one looking for its 1st win vs a wounded big brother.

As for Miami I agree Jacoby is an upgrade over Tua, the pass Defense should keep up with the Raiders, pass catchers. Both of these games have some nice RLM happening.

GL and thanks for you early week insights

6-5? Should be 6-6? Chiefs -3.5 L

Thanks!

I post very early and sporadically and not the 1st time I’ve overlooked a game be winner or loser.

But to be clear, I post for fun and don’t take record to seriously. Never going to post and bloat a record or win% etc. No problems if I overlooked something and someone points it out. Like I mentioned my plays are not normally all in one post. And often very early like Monday I may post plays. In which I may have a different lines from game day. Sometimes in my favor sometimes against. Been known to catch some shit over that but I can’t control lines moving 5 days later. There is risk reward to it posting early.

"Throw off Vikes (way too many D guys out it looks. Barr Kendrick’s Grifferson Hand all out or possibly out)"

Actually 5-6

Again, I’m not very serious about this record thing etc. I played Vikes few days before. Wasn’t liking it when I see day of all these injuries on D. So I assume wash the pick. I either say win/loss 1-1 or just don’t consider it action and 0-0. If anyone is really worried about record etc, it’s not making anything look better or worse by grading both plays and win/loss imo. Same thing with Steelers. Saw before kickoff Bush and Haden randomly deactivated. Just didn’t bother with going Raiders at +6 throw off because I just can’t take this that serious. Again risk reward to posting early plays and lines sometimes. Is what it is.

The RX gate Keepers have been known to always pop in and correct or bash a posters picks. Poor Flava guy. I won’t even look at his thread. Guy catches some heat. I specifically remember last year picking Carolina one week on like a Tuesday. Simply forgot I had them as I post throughout week often. Got posters asking if it’s a double play on forum and PM. Saying it should count as two wagers etc. Before kickoff also. Kind of like keeping this recreational and fun. If I miss a pick by all means politely post it like Peters and bring it to my attention. I just don’t take my posting picks that serious but will do my best in keeping record as accurate as possible.

Mr. Hansen is more worried about catching a predator. We don’t like a lot of attention tbh. Just post some picks and stay under the radar while having a lil fun. Hope nobody blindly follows anything I post lol.

Likely I play Miami at 4 now. Still lean bengals. Bit of injuries in bengals game I’m curious about. Higgins, Watt, Johnson, Bush Haden. Hard to trust coaches BS. But I’d still lean Bengals as of now.

Cheers to the Bengals and Fish feedback.

I much prefer talking over games with posters. Always good to hear thoughts and opinions. I usually do small write ups each week. Grading each position etc. Give a lean for every total and spread. And project a final score. If anyone has a specific game I’ll post 1-2 for fun that I have write ups on. I enjoy the X’s O’s breakdowns. But I’ve learned over the years nobody cares about that stuff and just wants to see posters make a pick and don’t care too much to talk X’s and O’s. But anyone wanting to talk X’s and O’s Chime in! Right or wrong it’s enjoyable to talk about. Sometimes there are edges to info especially from posters who follow specific teams.

Cheers and GL to everyone this week.

Thanks Powerz! Good stuff. Glad a few believe Jacoby Biscuits is okay player and maybe not much difference in him and Tua. Never been a fan of left handed QB’s. Ball spins different. Protection is different. And there aren’t really any left handed QB coaches. It makes a difference. Ask any WR. Ask Evil lil Bill why he wanted left foot punters. Ball spins different. Return guys bobble it more often. And yes, I know Steve young was a great left handed QB so no need for anyone to open that pandora box.

Teams will gameplan differently also with new QB. Can help or hurt. But I think the Fish will be okay with Biscuits and like the spot here. Be fun to see if Drake has any revenge angle towards the Fish.

I wouldn't say I blindly follow, but on Thurs I was leaning Hous, then I saw you were on Carolina so I went Carolina...I'm glad I did. I appreciate your picks and always take them into consideration, thanks for posting Chris.
