Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears

The last time these teams met up wasn’t that long ago: a 23-20 home win for Detroit on Thanksgiving. The Lions have scored 76 points across two games since then, however, so it wouldn’t be surprising to see a scoreboard surge here—especially after a tough loss. The Bears being on short rest won’t hurt either. This could be a tricky one for Detroit, but I think the cover is theirs if all goes well.

Mike Stewart NFL Capper Lions 30, Bears 23

The Lions have been decimated by injuries, and now RB David Montgomery (knee) is out for the year. However, the Bears have lost eight games in a row.

Sports Analyst Robert Vinaltti : Lions 30, Bears 21

The loss of David Montgomery will be devastating to the Detroit offensive attack. However, the Lions will take their anger stemming from last week's loss on Chicago in a game that isn't as close as the first meeting.

Harold Johnson NFL Analyst Lions 27, Bears 20
"The Lions' defense is falling apart minus key players like Aidan Hutchinson, Alim McNeill, Alex Anzalone, and Carlton Davis. The Bears pushed the Lions to the limit in Detroit, and Caleb Williams can continue that mojo in Chicago with the weather providing some extra support."

Kyle Davis NFL Capper Lions 31, Bears 17

"Injuries are piling up on the Lions' defense, but the offense remains in top form. Jared Goff averages 332.7 passing yards with 10 TDs and one interception in his past three starts. This might be an audition of sorts for Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, too. Look for Detroit to re-assert its place atop the NFC standings after a tough loss with Buffalo. This won't be as close as the first meeting."

Sam Trever NFL Capper Lions 30, Bears 24

The Lions are decimated by injuries to their defense, which will make this a challenge. The Bears are riding an eight-game losing streak and haven't played well the past two weeks. But something says they hang around against that beaten-down Lions defense. Lions win it, but Bears stay close."

Sal Siciliano, NFL Capper, NFL Analyst Lions 30, Bears 20

"The Lions had an 11-game win streak snapped in the loss to the Bills. Interestingly, both of Detroit's losses came at home this season. We don't see them losing at Chicago."

Bobby Lancer NFL Analyst Handicapper Lions 30, Bears 24

"While these two teams played close on Thanksgiving, the firing of Matt Eberflus forced offensive coordinator Thomas Brown to split his duties between play-calling and being a head coach. The Bear's offense hasn’t been nearly as effective since. An injury-depleted Lions defense will probably keep this game closer than it should be, but Detroit’s offense won’t allow for a second consecutive loss."

Detroit’s banged up on defense, but at least they can out-score most opponents. And you wouldn’t think they’d have much problem doing that against this Chicago offense. The Lions will win the ground battle in this game and probably the turnover battle and that’s usually enough right there to cover a spread. And besides, the Bears are just botching things left and right these days – last week, they had a touchdown canceled because an offensive lineman forgot to report as eligible! That comes down to coaching and focus, both of which Chicago lacks. Detroit’s injuries are playing a part in keeping the line on this game down where it is, but they should win this game. This is all about the Money Line in this match-up.

My Bet Money Line -$300 X 4[ Press] 2team 7 point teaser Detroit +1/2 & Bengals - 2
These 2 teams have played close games in the past, but this one feels like it could end in a blowout for the hosts. While the Bengals are playing for their playoff lives, the Browns are likely looking toward next season already and are now turning to their 3rd option at QB. Cleveland is 1-6 on the road this season, with their lone victory coming against the 3-11 Jaguars. Their average margin of defeat has been by 12 ppg, and I expect this to continue.

DVAXN Group 25 NFL Football Outsiders

Sam Trever NFL Capper Bengals 34, Browns 17
Trever "The Bengals are doing most everything offensively through Ja'Marr Chase, Chase Brown, and Tee Higgins to help keep the playoff dream alive for a red-hot Joe Burrow. The Browns give up a ton of big plays to wide receivers and won't get to use their strength vs. the run much. The Browns' QB situation has no chance opposite Burrow."

Steve Davis NFL Analyst Bengals 30, Browns 20
Davis "The Browns have averaged 10.5 points per game in losses to the Steelers and Chiefs, and Dorian Thompson-Robinson could get the start against Cincinnati. The Browns also are without Nick Chubb, who suffered a broken foot. The Bengals are looking to make a playoff push, and Joe Burrow has at least three TD passes in six straight games. Cincinnati has won the past two home meetings by an average of 15 points per game."

Sports Analyst Robert Vinaltti Bengals 31, Browns 17 Vinaltti"

The Bengals still have some playoff hopes, but they would need to win out. We know they can score. The Browns have been having issues scoring. Look for Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati passing game to keep scoring a lot with the passing game again coming up big. Bengals take it."

Cardinals' vs Panthers Carolina was the favorite in a game for the first time since Week 15 of 2022 and it didn’t go well. The Cowboys upset the Panthers 30-14 as the secondary just couldn’t stop CeeDee Lamb through the air or Rico Dowdle on the ground. Early on in the game, it became very apparent that Cooper Rush was looking for Lamb any chance he could and that led to him having 9 catches for 116 yards and a touchdown. That leads me to believe Marvin Harrison Jr. could be in for a big day against this weak Panthers secondary. Plus, Carolina has one of the worst run defenses in football. The Panthers have allowed 173 rushing yards per game which is the worst mark in the league. In fact, they allow 29.3 more rushing yards per game than the team ranked 31st. That Swiss cheese defensive line got carved up by Dowdle last week as he ran for 149 yards on 25 carries. That provides Conner with an excellent matchup on the ground. Against teams not named the Seattle Seahawks, the Arizona Cardinals are 5-1 in their last six and 6-0 against the spread in that run. Lucky for Arizona, they don't play Seattle tonight. Instead, the Cards match up against a Panthers team that's 0-4 in their last four games and 3-11 on the season. Carolina's only wins this year have come against the Raiders, Giants, and Saints — arguably the three worst teams in football.

Love the card my man
Thank You Woody I take handicapping information from internet sports media and other sources connected with NFL Sports.*****Stats taken from DVAXN Group 25, Dunkel Index power rating has game. I also use DVAXN Group 25 NFL Football Outsiders Power Ratings & There Calculated Point Spreads with Bobby Lancers Exclusive Ratings. My betting system is heavily dependent on statistics, requiring some data gathering and assumption building regarding future performance. My analysis with information using three Power ratings with a comparison factoring in home team edges. Trying to analyze a clear idea what teams are inflated with the point spread. Looking at stats from many different media sources with the point spreads compared to all three power ratings. when you get group like the 25, that each handicapper in the group looks at all different perspective in the games with their analysis. There Web Site is on X for members and associate members only. Great break downs on the games with discussion groups and more!!!! It's like this Woody Don't leave home without it!!!!!!!! Best of luck this Sunday Woody on your picks and bets my friend!!!
