Probably a good number when you think about it. The Eagles in my mind are a 12-4 or 9-7 type team. If they get off well and the new guys fit in well then 12 wins won't be a problem, but if they start off slow like last year they might struggle to get over .500 with all the pressure from the new additions. Don't forget they got rid of a guy that was a long-time team leader in the secondary and replaced him with a talented pass rusher, but not necessarily a leader nor a consistent performer.
I will take under 9.5 plus 110 for now, might get a better straddle elsewhere when the numbers come up. Why because of the serious infusion of coaching talent into the NFC East. Say what you want but Tom Caughlin will do more with the G-men than Jim Fassel did last year. Of course Joe Gibbs already got me thinking the Skins are finnaly to be taken seriously. Another year for the Tuna in Dallas can only improve the Boys. While I like Andy Reid they will be in dog fights every Sunday. Ten wins while possible imo. not likely.

Taylor signed with the Seahawks and Vincent went to the Bills. Funny how they complained about the pass rush not getting to the QB, yet they had great corners. Now they have the big rusher but the CBs will be question marks. A very big reason why I am leery of this team despite the obvious talent. CB is not a position you want to be unsettled going into a season.
