what will be interesting is now that kornegay is leaving the IP and going to the hilton - how will that affect each hotel?

will the hilton become what the IP - or will the corporate mucky-mucks at the hilton stifle kornegay's creativity?

my guess - the latter - although if it were the former - it would greatly help the hilton.

Carib has as much chance of shutting down as Pinnacale or any other great shop offshore does!! They can't shut them down! Don't you think by now they have a back up plan in effect in case of any freezing of any accounts! How long till any of you think this will be settled?? Any court dates set?? And yes I'm sure Carib will post the totals of NFL teams before ANYONE else!

I only have the BUCS favored in nine games right now.

9.5 is probably the right number.

No way will you see a 10 for TB. I think you are forgetting they lost Sapp and Lynch. No running game either. Carib always puts up their win totals the day after the Imperial Palace puts them up.

BAR: First, I am no fan of the Bucs, though I'm local.

But if Darryl Russel keeps his head straight, he will be an improvement on overrated Sapp. And Lynch was just a shadow of his former self this past year, playing in just 8 games.

The Bucs have improved O-line, D-line, secondary and running game. And Joe Galloway all year will return the receiving corps to full strength.

I think they will get a 9.5 or maybe 10 with Under at -130.

Well said barman. Chuck, the Bucs have a revamped, improved offensive line, and a good runner in Charlie Garner. If Alstott stays healthy, there's another weapon. Unfortunately, it's not going to be the Bucs' offense that will hurt them, it's going to be the defense. The core that kept this defense strong through the years are aging or gone.

All I can say is that the Bucs are lucky they are playing a C-A-K-E schedule.

Fish, you consider that an easy schedule? I thought just the opposite. Sure doesn't look like a 3rd place schedule to me.........

I would say 8.5. Hatch - they don't have 3rd-place schedules anymore. TB plays the same teams as everyone else in the division except for 2 teams (which are 3rd-place). The NFL changed this when Houston joined the league.

TB is not playing a cake schedule. The total wins will be closer to 8½ than 10.
