Exactly. Have been saying this for so long. Why are all college refs in their 60's?

College refs are by far 10 x worse than NFL refs. It is not even close. You got to understand, sometimes the refs will be bad on purpose in the nfl and break thenrules in order to make the game come down to the last drivee, final possible seconds.....

The college refs are just bad.

That is the difference. We saw what happened when college refs tried to be NFL refs. It was 100X worse than nfl refs now.

Anyone know a site that tracks each crew and how many flags they throw each week?

Watching the Niners/Rams yesterday, once again Jerome Boger's crew threw an almost unthinkable number of flags, 25 accepted, 18 in the first half alone. And about a dozen more were declined or offset.

Touche ... hell I'm a geezer, 68 years old, and I swear they have officials out there that are too old, too fat and too slow. It's a really tough game to officiate if your young and fit.

Watch the tape close, and you can see by the shadow that the guy's knee never looks like it hit the ground. I can't see missed penalties as sufficient to suspend guys. But no one ever said the NCAA made sense.
