I uh don't really get to my big 100% plays until the later rounds.
I'm going to take it 1 by 1. Meaning when one game ends I'll be back for the other. This is a puzzle and all of the games don't have baring on each other, but they do.
Texans in a familiar spot. First time for Brock but I think he is in a tremendous pressure spot here. Coming in as a backup qb how can you have pressure on you? You are suppose to suck. So even though he won games with Denver he was in a position that no one expected anything from him. I remember watching him at Arizona St and saying I liked his athletic ability for a 6"8 guy. But he can't do anything fabulous. Where as Conor Cook is a gun slinger type quarterback who went against a Denver defense who was playing for their coach in his last ever game. I think in a controlled environment it will come down to accuracy at the qb position and I side with Cook even if he is in his first ever start. This game has close written all over it. O'brien coaching for his job possibly, but I don't think there is a focus or respect for the guy in that locker room. Houston is trying to win this game they don't care about all that noise. Regardless, O'brien is a clown of a head coach, he never looks sure about anything. I have grown to respect Jack Del Rio and realize he is a players type coach. He also called his defense out in a press conference this week. Literally called them out to play better. But when it comes down to it 35 year old LT or not, Derek Carr or not, I can't put my money on Houston here and then look at New England whip them around like some little girls like they did with a 3rd string Quarterback( no Tom Brady). It would be a sad sad sight to see the texans advance
