I'm in a weekly pick 'em against the spread with my father-in-law. I'm a very avid/knowledgeable football fan, but ignorant of betting rules/guidelines. Last year, I just looked at team offense/defense stats etc. to figure out match-ups and ended up fourth in the 40 person league (they're not experts). I'm just looking for a better place for information and more telling metrics. I want to win it for him this year, but I don't want to spend more than an hour a week however (it's not my money).
