NFL penalty question

I was watching several games today so I can't remember in which game the announced said it, but he said "every defensive penalty is an automatic first down except offside"

I can think of one. Anyone else?

ahhh , never thought about that one. so there are 2 then.

I guess technically that's not an in-game type penalty though like defensive holding or hands-to-the-face or PI

How about running into the kicker?

exactly. Roughing the kicker is 15 yard and an automatic 1st down whereas running in to the kicker in only 5 years.
