NFL is going back to LA first. The only way Toronto gets a team is if Ralph Wilson dies and Ted Rogers and company buys it and moves it up north. NFL is based on TV revenue namely US TV revenue. CBS/FOX/NBC/ESPN couldn't care less abut the Toronto since by and large they can't reach that audience.

Where as London/Mexico city have a large population in those cities/countries that the NFL is hoping to open up new revenue streams from TV stations in those countries.

The CFL-NFL financial partnership stopped in 2006. They still have a limited partnership in terms of marketing and player contacts but the NFL isn't pumping in cash to the CFL anymore to the best of my knowledge.

Long time Argos fan and Bills season ticket holder but its just not the same. The CFL is shit compared to the NFL and the drive to Buffalo every Sunday is kinda boring when we could easily build a new 90 000+ stadium right in the city here.
