*I was at the Mia/SF game last Sunday and I've never seen a QB look as bad as Rattay did that day. His head was COMPLETELY somewhere else and he let his team down in a big way as the defense did play pretty well. I feel he bounces back in a BIG way this week vs. a Rams team that has just had very inconsistant play the past few weeks. Feel this will most likely be a high scoring affair with the Niners being in it the whole way with a big bounce back game by Rattay. The Rams inconsistancy to run the ball lately will play a factor as well. Rattay had a very good game in the first meeting between these two and should have another here as the Rams pass defense is very soft compared to the Niners last two opponents in Miami and Tampa Bay.*


Some good trends for this play:

49ers:
4-0 ATS w/revenge vs opp off BB SU losses
15-2 ATS vs opp off MNF
10-3 ATS off a loss in December

Rams:
1-6 ATS after MNF L/7
1-5 ATS @home after MNF
3-12 ATS as DD Fav's vs opp w/revenge
2-9 ATS vs opp w/revenge off SU ATS loss
2-16 ATS vs division opp off SU Fav loss

Thanks for those stats Sneadmeister.....still on the Niners though! Trends and stats can go on and on. That's why I only put about 10% of those into my plays...the rest are on my own personal systems and capping. GL to you!

You very well may be right! Lesson learned many years ago.....Don't expect BAD teams to do good things. SF 1-10 says it all. St.L may not be the play, but beiting teams like SF will cost you $$ in the long run. Just my opinion.

I hear ya Buttkiss, but I was at that game last Sunday and saw every play the Niners ran. They through the ball downfield....ONCE!!! Every single play was a short little dink pass for few yards. They ran the ball ok I suppose, but Miami's rush defense is WAY better than STL IMO. I just never have seen playcallling so simple and routine as they had in that game. Seems they were holding back for some reason and didn't want to show things. Rattay really didn't have a lot of time and was getting harrassed all day, but he also made some very bad dink passes in key situations. They also had the ball early in the game 1st and goal and Rattay just couldn't do anything. I know he's not the best QB, but he is a HELL of a lot better than what he showed last Sunday. Niners "D" did play very well eventhough it was Miami's terrible offense, but confidence can go a long way. Like I said, I just feel Rattay comes out and plays 10 times better than he did and puts some points on the board. I've seen some bad QB play in my time, but last Sunday was just pathetic and I feel he needs to gain his teammates respect back. I'm willing to bet he does. Hopefully the "D" can play decent and give them a chance here to atleast cover the spread. Rams also have been very inconsistant latey with their offense as well as they have struggled to run the ball the past two weeks. Maybe this is the opponent they've been waiting for?? Hope not...LOL. GL!!

I've got the Rams at about a 7 point favorite, but I'm more than hesistant to bet the 49ers. 1. The 49ers have been blown out by teams with far less offensive power than the Rams. 2. 49ers pathetic on the road. 3. You should never have a top play be on arguably the worst team in the league.

That being said, I agree that the 49ers should be able to move the ball against Rams. The trouble is, will the final score end up being something like 35-21? The way the Packers were able to run the ball against the Rams, I still may make a small play on the 49ers.

Niners determined to get the #1 draft pick, although they will lose, there's nothing to say they don't cover the spread. Rams have been a bust lately, but really expecting a big effort in front of the home crowd. With Stephen Jackson playing instead of MFaulk, will look for a big effort from him to impress coaching staff for more carries. Big line in this game, but gotta take the home team to cover with big strike offense. Good luck with your play.

The KC/Oakland game is the one I picked out to be my biggest play of the day - but on Oakland. Green has sore ribs - Holmes sitting out another game and things just not going their way (and I am a Chief fan). Oakland has been playing with alot of heart lately and looks to close the year out strong.

2-0 early....Niners was too close for my taste, but a win! I sure hope they don't come up as a play anymore because they are one pathetic team. Especially the playcalling. That score could of easily been 40-6, but that's the NFL for ya!! Adding two plays:
