I do know that there is no absolute number for either because there is some correlation with the TOTAL...

The lower the TOTAL, the more VALUE there is in BUYING...

Never. You should sell points to reduce juice. I sell off of 5,6 and 6,s all the time and get down to 4.5. Reduced and sometimes plus juice, that's how you become a winner. Paying up is always a mistake.

If the line is a SOLID -3 -110 , than yes, buying the half for 15 cents is fine.

Pinnacle is good but not sure if they are letting you fvck with the points this early in the week. Love moving those college lines to a nice +. Easy to get good #'s and +money if u haved capped some smaller schools, college #'s for small shools can get hammered pretty hard one way or the other.
