even though a losing record, this is good for me in the nfl. i always suck in the nfl and make my money in colleges. this year i am taking a beating in college football and not doing as bad in the nfl. making all my picks early again this week.


pittsburgh +3 over new england (BEST BET).............lets be realistic. the pats streak IS going to end sooner or later. this is the week. i hate the steelers with a passion, but i have to admit i think they are going to be good for a long time with this new rookie qb. steelers always tough at home and they will be sky high for this one. i would not even consider this an upset if the steelers win this game.

buffalo -3 over arizona (TOP PLAY)............got some value with arizonas upset of seattle last week. arizona is still arizona! buffalo is a bad team as well, but they are at home and should win this game. how could you take arizona getting only three on the road? i don't care who they are playing.

minnesota -7 over giants (TOP PLAY)..............unless the giants bore the vikings to death, this should be an easy win. could be close for a while, but vikes by at least 14 in the end.

san diego -5.5 over oakland (REGULAR PLAY)........guess san diego is better than i gave them credit for. guess oakland is not as good as i gave them credit for.

over 57.5 colts/kc (REGULAR PLAY)...........usually don't play totals but this one stands out to me. chiefs finally have their high powered offense in gear and you know the colts are going to score points. this could hit 70.

Was thinking the same thing about Pitt, but the more I looked into it, the more I didn't like it. Steelers schedule has been VERY weak as NE will be the toughest opponent they've faced....I think NE keeps it going as they're next goal they have set is to go undefeated in a season and break that record as well. Very tough task to do, but you never know. That team keeps surprising me week in and week out....no way I go against them, especially with a spread this small, until they prove they can be beat.

I wouldn't bet on the Steelers this week. Yes they've been winning, but who've they beaten?

I think everybody takes the Steelers this week and NE could roll.

i actually only live 100 miles from pittsburgh. i just have never been a fan. too many steeler fans where i live.

NO...i am not a cleveland fan................i am a dolphins fan (stop laughing)......at least we will get the number one draft pick next year and hopefully get a QB.

even though i hate the steelers i have alot of respect for their coach and i love that new qb of thiers. they are going to be a team to be reckoned with for years to come. might even get another superbowl from this team.

Jillmark - I actually see how you could develop a hatred for the "Stillers" based on our fans. The Steelers fans are among the most knowledgeable, passionate fans, they travel well, etc. BUT I actually cringe most of the times when I hear them on talk shows and such(homers who often look through black and gold glasses if you know what I mean, too high wth the highs, too low with the lows..). If I wasn't a big fan, I'd be annoyed at Steeler fans too. Good luck this week!
