They need to go to a real playoff format with more than 4 teams. A good majority of these teams dont give a crap about these bowl games and players sit out because they are meaningless. Scaling down what I play on these games because as the person above me said it is almost like preseason football

I agree that they need the playoff format expanded but that won't fix players sitting out. I think they'd still sit the game out if they were going pro. Not much you can do about that. Even if you paid them, someone like Wil Grier is going to make more in the pros than the NCAA would pay him
