Kerry now leads Bush 49%-47%. Bush had been looked upon to shine in the foreign policy debate, Bush's strong point. Instead, he looked weak and tired. Two more debates left and Bush fading. One term and done for the the cocaine abusing alcoholic.

this is the poll the Repubs kept hyping up a few weeks ago when PB was up 13% or whatever it was. I'm sure its a piece of worthless junk controlled by liberals now.

the next debate with the town hall format, the R's faught to not have and the Dems pushed for it. playing right into the Dem's favor. you are right, the toughest of the two debates is out of the way. the debate between the running mates has meant little to nothing over the year in terms of voter reaction.

I read something that said the winner of the first debate has lost 4/5 last elections, but nebraska had numerous 10-1 and 11-0 stats working for them when they played miami for the bowl and that meant nothing also.

People really have to do their research on Kerry and accept the fact that he has no credibility.... He flat out lied to America during the debates...I never really paid any attention to politics cuz all I want to do is cash a winning ticket and beat the book like many of the RX members....but I have 4 family members in the Middle East, fighting this war against terrorrism, and they have told me that to have a change of presidents at this time would weaken our nation.....They need our support....DAMMIT..

Good Luck on your picks....

Bush is going to win this election, no matter what strides Kerry makes in the debates. When it comes right down to it, the Bush administration of neoconservatives have absolutely convinced the American public that the former cheerleader from Andover is the only tough guy on the podium, and god knows Americans love their tough guys.

Diplomacy? For wimps!
Multilateralism? For pussies!
The UN? Girlie men!

And on and on ....

After another 9/11 happens, and the US turns into an official police state, maybe then they'll realise what kind of leadership they have in office. Until then, they're way too happy to rally behind the 'kick ass and make no apologies' President no matter how unsuccessful his testosterone-charged rampage has been.

X,

If you are so sure Bush will win the election, you should place a wager at Pinnacle... they have it at -174 which is up from -220 about a week ago.

Why are you so blidly bias and misinformed Tommy.

Why do you insist on talking about matters you know nothing about.

Why do you not care that look like an idiot when you saying things that are so obviously incorrect

Bush drinks and did drugs or else he is the only man ever to get a DUI off of too much water

This is the 1976 Maine police document recording the arrest of George W. Bush for driving under the influence of alcohol. Bush, who was 30 at the time, was popped over the Labor Day weekend near his family's Kennebunkport summer home. Bush pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor DUI charge, paid a $150 fine, and had his driving privileges briefly revoked in the state of Maine. The arrest record card was released November 2 by Kennebunkport police. The Maine Bureau of Motor Vehicles also released this summary of Bush's DUI conviction.

Plus Cheney got 2 DUI's during an 8 months period. But of course you wouldn't know this because you aren't aware of anything as evident by your posts.

Newsweek's poll suck...I even said this when they were showing Bush doing well. They seem to be much more interested in doing polls quickly and making news than being accurate with the survey. There's a few problems with this poll:

1) Compared to their last poll, Newsweek questioned 5% fewer GOPers and 6% more Dems according to their internal numbers. More Dems asked, the more Kerry votes. If you adjust for this change in party sampling, you'll find Bush with the same 6% lead he had before

2) Much of the polling was done on Thursday night, after the debates. Because of the late hour, only those on Mountain and Pacific time zones were asked, eliminating Bush's strong base in the South and Midwest.

3) Only 48% of those polled were men, and those that were polled favored Kerry by 2%. Obviously that isn't a good sample considering the gender gap evident in just about every recent election.

Nothing has changed in the race except for Newsweek's sampling method.

Got in on Bush at -165 about three or four weeks ago. Pinny had him at -186 just two days ago ... interesting.

Ben, I Wrote That Bush Neither Drinks Nor Does Drugs. "Does" is a present-tense verb. There Is Nothing In The Post About What He Did In The Past. I Forgive You For Misreading My Post. Not Sure How You Could Have Done So, But No Problem. By The Way, What Does "blidly" Mean?

This is what I'm Saying Tommy is that your an ignorant putz that doesn't care about his past and your too dim of a bulb to realize that the U.S. attacked Iraq under false pretenses. Even Tony Blair has come forward saying that was the case. What the hell is wrong with you, that you can't see the obvious.

You Are Right About Me Not Caring About President Bush's Past. I Only Care About The Job He Is Doing In Office, Which Is Admirable And Courageous. Similarly, I Only Care About John Kerry's Career In The Us Senate, Not What Drugs He Did Or What Drugs People Suggest He Did In Vietnam. Bush Is An Excellent President. I Dont Think Very Highly Of Kerry Based On His Anti-american Comments, His Back-and-forth Stances And His Underlying And Extremely Liberal Bias. If You Think That Makes Me Ignorant, Then I Pity Your Small Mind.

Hey....BEENASSF**KED...Your boy said that there were WMD's too...

TWO: Claimed “Reason For Going To War Was Weapons Of Mass Destruction, Not The Removal Of Saddam Hussein.” (Sen. John Kerry, First Presidential Debate, Miami, FL, 9/30/04)

ü Kerry Said “Greatest Threat” Was Saddam’s “Miscalculation,” Not “Actual” WMDs. KERRY: “I would disagree with John McCain that it’s the actual weapons of mass destruction he may use against us, it’s what he may do in another invasion of Kuwait or in a miscalculation about the Kurds or a miscalculation about Iran or particularly Israel. Those are the things that – that I think present the greatest danger. He may even miscalculate and slide these weapons off to terrorist groups to invite them to be a surrogate to use them against the United States. It’s the miscalculation that poses the greatest threat.” (CBS’ “Face The Nation,” 9/15/02)

Is that specific enough... Whose stupid now ???

Dont Pay Too Much Attention To Ben; Hes Just A Misguided Fool. Nothing Ben Says Or Does Will Get Kerry Elected, No Matter How Hard He Tries.
