I really think its wise to hold off as Pennywise made this pic despite that all signs point toward Rosen not playing. This info has been out there since Dec 23rd and even if he's cleared he's likely got the NFL draft on his mind more than this bowl game. Maybe watch https://twitter.com/bruinreport if you're still are interested but I would hesitate on the over. On the other hand, perfect playing conditions and maybe an unmotivated UCLA team could lead to 40 Kansas St points.
