BetPanam,

I don't have an account with you yet but I may well take you up on this generous offer.

Please can you provide a few more details on the juice free promotion to help me choose between the two offers.

Does it apply to spreads only or totals and moneylines as well?

I take it from what you have said it applies to the conference finals and semi-finals. i.e. 6 games in total.

BetPanAm -

What has been the reason for recent slow pays to some players? Are you having problems keeping Neteller funded at an adequate level to meet withdrawal demands?

I know at least one guy that was getting the run around the last couple of weeks until he asked for third-part assistance.

Okay guys,
The only person that this could even relate to was a Blue Marlin Bailout situation. He has been paid in full. The reason for his delay was he requested money Christmas Eve even after we posted on our site and the forums that banking would be delayed until after the Holidays. This is the only situation I am aware of. The General was the third party involved and he has all the details because we were happy to explain. There is always more to it than what we can post. We try and handle business as much as possible in house rather than on the forums. But we dont mind posting to defend ourselves when needed.

Thanks,

Scotty

BetPanAm,

Thanks for responding. Yes, this was a Blue Marlin bailout guy and your shop was very generous in this situation and received no publicity about it. I'm not trying to start a mass exodus from PanAm, I'm just asking what's going on. I personally know of two guys that have had trouble making withdrawals in the last month or so, so I'm just asking why there are problems.

Hopefully this is not a widespread situation and it's only a few isolated incidents. If this person wants to post the full details that's up to him, but the crux of it as he explained it to me was that he felt like he was getting the runaround for a couple of weeks when he tried to withdraw. Holiday or no holiday, that seems crazy. If it was a simple misunderstanding, it should have been much easier and quicker to resolve.

Another guy I talk to online was delayed on a withdrawal of around 10 dimes at the end of November. No holidays involved...just no money in Neteller. That is why I ask if there are problems keeping Neteller funded.

AnotherAnon,
Thanks for responding. I wish you would pick up the phone and talk to anyone here if you have any concerns. As everyone knows we are always accessible. As far as Neteller we do keep a considerable sum in there for payouts and we have had times it has been low. In that event we offered Western Union and transfers and many other ways to pay other than Neteller. As far as paying over the holidays we put a $2500 limit on payouts. Thats because all the head guys were celebrating Christmas and we didnt want people taking advantage of our clerks while we were away. As far as the case in November I work here everyday and I am not aware of any situation like that. I wish we could please everyone but we cant. But I think we do a pretty good job of it. I know many that are happy here. Contact me and lets see if we can do the same for you
