Various things factor in this decision but it does not mean that the new member has done anything to warrant being on PR.

We will not remove you from Post Review at this time because the thread you started below indicates that you are a tout. We do not allow touts to roam freely throughout our forums without being reviewed.

sorry for posting in such an old topic but I didn't want to open a new one.
Have just one question. Since I have about 50 posts and none of them were "spammish", would you please remove these restrictions for me?
They often kept me away from posting here, just because it takes sometimes so long that my posts appear
