okay so last week i was betting one or two games a night and did very well, on friday i lost my load on nova, then made an even dumber bet on them in the 2h, totally my fault, and i'll be the first to admit that my money management is not worth a fuck at all, soooo i thought id just try something new, this is my theory first night 25 to win 22.73, if it hits take 47.73 to win 43.39, if it hits take 91.12 to win 82.24, so i'm trying to hit three games in a row all double or nothing (-110), to win 173.96, so i'm saying that one unit is 25 bucks, if i can win three games in a row it will be damn close to seven units, so hopefully i can hit three games in a rown b4 losing seven, i know i know, my 25 dollar units arent quite the 10K some of you bet on a game, so tonight i'll start with my first play of............SIENA -4.5, lets go saints, gl to all, p.s. please give me your info and feedback, i'm sure this isn't the smartest idea but i'd like to hear what you guys think, ty

siena saints -4.5 $25.00 to win $22.73

ohh ya by the way i use bookmaker, and drained my whole account last week on nova in the 2h, so this will be very easy for me to track due to my account being at 0.00 today, and i'll just put $25 in every time i lose a bet and throw it all on a -110 game

Well, at least if you're successful you'll profit more doing that than parlaying 3 bets. I hate parlays for that exact mathematical reason.

Still not sure what the "theory" is, but I'm rooting for ya. Give em hell Elmtree!

Well it'll work except the chance of winning 3 games in a row BLINDLY is 12.5% but I'm sure you knew that. Still best of luck to you.

thanx drew and slayer, i guess you could say my theory is that i believe i should be able to hit three in a row before i lose six? i don't know sounded better earlier, i'll prob be looking at mj's nba plays, he seems pretty damn solid, so i might be throwing some nba into this, gl to all, and thanx for the replys

not sure if i know what you mean sebba? "blindly"? these are plays that i like and would have bet anyway, maybe i'm confused, im sure i wont get rich off of this, or for that matter get rich off of any betting but i just thought itd be fun to try the double or nothing theory for a bit and track it

my question is what do you do after you win the 3 games in a row? you start back playing one unit? or do you take time off, etc??

then the question is what if you lose 3 games in a row? do you increase your bets each time?

gae01, i just started using this, so i havn't had to do either of your situations yet, but what i'm going to do is, IF i do win three bets in a row i'll start back over at 25 on the next bet, and if i lose three in a row, i'll just keep betting 25 on each game untill i win one, and then throw the 47 or whatever on the next one, thanx for the responses and questions, and nes i've always saw those if bets but have no clue what they are, gl to all

If bet is like this

Team A 27.50/25
if that wins
Team B 27.50/25

If action is like this

Team A 27.50/25
if win, tie or cancel then:
Team B 27.50/25

you can do more than two teams if you want. You could apply this wager type to your system to assure you dont lose more when you double up on your bets. If you lose the first one it ends and then you can go back to your original risk amount.

the only thing i see wrong with this "if bet", is what if i bet tonight, then don't find anything tomorrow and have to wait till wednesday? do you have to pick all the teams at once? or is it ongoing?

ohh, well thanx for the fast answers nes, i was just on bookmaker looking for my answer but their info isn't very clear, ya i suppose that might be a good idea on sat, if i could find three games out of the 150, but for now i think i'll just stick to straight bets and see what happens
