I think the site loads way faster and is very clean looking, excellent job so far. My one suggestion would be to move the "Welcome .. Name.. Notifications.. My Profile.. Settings.. Log out" field to a more noticeable area, maybe in the yellow field just right of the "Whats New" tab?
