Reading thru these forums, there seems to be an awful lot of negative posts about which books are doomed, have shit customer service, are slow paying, or ripping people off for bonus $ (posted mostly by scammers and bonus whores I suspect).

How about you guys making a list of books that rarely - if ever - does one hear any complaints?

I think there are reasons that can be found to complain about all books. One sure fire way to find them is to try and say book doesnt get any complaints and then the bashers will come out like roaches in the dark to state the negatives

Joey C, I have played for years at Pinnacle, Olympic and Bet365 and have just started with PanAm and have never had a problem with any of them, even the small books which I have a lower percentage of my back roll I have never had a problem with. I think the reason is I always wave the bonus as I want to play and when I win not have restrictions on my money.

Your correct in that, a majority of the threads here that complain about a book have to do with multiple accounts or bonus scams or just scams in general. Although there are some legitimate Player disputes, them seem few are far between.

There are many good books who take a beating unnecessarily in the forums, but one needs to look further and see it seems repeatedly the same posters looking to serve their agendas or just post repetetive cries & negatives. As Joey has said many times. If you do not like what you are getting, then go elsewhere.

Hate:

I'm trying to make a point here - and that being that whenever ANYTHING negative comes out, every fukking shill comes out of the woodwork.

Whenever good things are said about a stead book, it gets overlooked.

A book that rarely has complaints leveled against them, is the true sign that their management and staff have the will and resources to take care of business, and those stores should get the kudos.

Not really,

most complaints are by angle shooters, shot takers and bonus whores,

I'd rather not play at books that just cave into them rather than face the music.

Ironic that the betworks bulletin had a paragraph specifically devoted to thanking the assholes that will phuck their mother for a buck in contributing to their demise.

JC, I think the reason it sometimes gets overlooked is that some fear that by posting about good experiences it will only solicit replies from others saying he/she is a shill for the book, but sure enough if something bad is going on the same shills will come out to bash. Hopefully those that have been here long enough can recognize the transpirency of those posters. They believe that if they toss enough darts that eventually one will hit and they'll be revered as geniouses. My person favorite will always be "My sources tell me that".

Like this thread I played at Hollywood for 2 years and never seen a complaint leveled against them. Like I've always said this is my favorite book to play at. I think Hollywood's customer service is the best offshore and I believe that's why you never hear any complaints about Hollywood International

I think many who are here a short time can see through alot of this. The readers are smarter than they get credit for.

Example..

I find it plain obvious that there are none of these posters who cry and complain often bumping threads about ESB, BML, Flamingo, or Theonlinebet. Books that are truly & daily fukin over players.

Instead, we see threads about WWTS, Sportbet, Clickandbet, or Rio. Books that may have a small complaint against them currently.

And the other thing. Seems alot of Rx advertisers get the heat. Could jealousy have something to do with it?

What the hell, there are no agendas here. LOL

I have played at at least 10 books over the last 4 years and have never had a problem a telephone call didn't handle. If you are not taking a shot at a book and, they have the funds to pay you they are not going to rip you off at least in my experience. Books I have dealt with and had no serious problems, betonsports,5dimes,fairdeals,skybook,pinnacle,panam(new so no real history), playersportsbook, mvpsportsbook, several others that just don't come to mind.

As I have stated before - you are basically dealing with Bookies that just happen to have internet sites, you are not dealing with a bank so there are risks.

List of books that do not get legitimate complaints:

-Pinnacle
-Hollywood
-Cascade
-BC Bets
-Grande
-Heritage
-Jazz
-BetPanAm (although they are fairly new as a company in the offshore industry)

For better or worst, these shops have been pretty much free of legitimate complaints. That's a fact that can easily be backed up by simply doing a search on them. Period.

General:

I'm not following. Are you saying that the shops above that do not get complaint about, should thank it not to the fact that they are run in very professional manner but to the fact they haven't caused the jealousy of the shills?

Also, those books that get complained about, are those complaints based solely on jealousy of others because of their financial progress?

Just trying to understand what you're saying my man.

No, I think the books that do not see complaints often is in big part due to the fact they do an oustanding job of running the show. I am not sure that all books mentioned have not seen a complaint at one time or another. Even the most minute of things.

No, but I am sure there are some posters who would complain because of this factor.

I think that reasons to complain about any book can be dug up if looked for by a negative attitude. We see complaints about pinnacle and the phones, panam & the software, Oly & the juice, WWTS and the late lines, etc...

Posters who live to complain will find reasons, no matter the severity.

My comment on jealousy was about the posters who live to smear the RX.

Sorry for the confusion & I may not have made it clearer with my reply.

Judge, blood:

CRIS is in a league of its own. Those guys are as solid and safe a sportsbook as anybody would like to be. I purposedly left them out though, due to the fact that I knew people would jump on my case because of the wise guy being denied the loyalty points that were meant to be for recreational players anyway. And that shit gets old.

I thought that Mac and Mickey had enough of that shit already and there are always people that are prompt to moan like a bitch about the same issue.

But anybody that plays offshore, should have an account with these guys. An out that is simply a must.

Hey blood, WTF are we gonna go for those brews? Let me know, brother.

General:

Just trying to read in between the lines, my man. We all start clean you know, but we get shaded after a while of shill campaigns and I understood perfectly what you were saying, but when you get to be as skeptical as I am righ now, it's always good to ask to be sure...

I thought MC made a very good list about a month ago!

I have been playing with Blue Marlin for years and have never seen a complaint about payouts or Customer Service!
