Well they are saying that the court basically layed the groundwork/blueprint in their 30 pages explaining their decision for NJ & other states to get it approved in the future.
Also, don't confuse this NJ battle with the war to get Sports Betting legalized nationwide.
It's kind of 2 different things.
That's why the NBA & others made the statement today that they are happy to see NJ turned down because they don't believe it was the proper way to go about leglaization & want to see it go through Congress for everyone, instead.
It's still being pushed by many different groups so possibility of sports legalization is far from dead...
