We are proud to be have a separate forum to address disputes that a poster may have with any of our sponsors...

I believe that we can be EXTREMELY helpful if a gambler has a problem with one of our sports books...

Therefore, please don't hesitate to express any disputes or concerns you may have in this new forum located off the entry page to all of our forums...

Thanks,

THE SHRINK

This is a great concept, but will it get adequate coverage in a forum by itself ?

Thanks guys...

We are hoping that we can get a better handle on legitimate complaints vs. hurtful lies that can harm the reputation of some sponsors....

I really hope the traffic in this new forum is minimal but we are setting HIGHER standards for our sponsors and if they don't adhere to them, well, maybe they should not be on this site...

excellent idea shrink, thanks for your concern for the gamblers out there who send their hard earned money to these offshore sportsbooks, all we are looking for is a fair place to play. Bottom line you lose you pay,you win you get paid. I say forget all that bounous grab lets just gamble straight up us against the books Thanks again shrink keep up the good work.

I thought that is what the Offshore Sportsbooks forum is for.

It seems to me like you are trying to bury disputes with advertisers. I don't like what I am seeing with this site. God forbid anyone attacks an advertiser.

Yep ...

What is the name of this section again ?

"Applaud, Praise, Bitch, Moan. This is your folder to comment on offshore books/casinos."

I guess I missed the part about "unless it pisses off our advertisers"

I actually think it could work the other way.

Before the new "dispute/complaint" forum was created, legitimate questions/complaints against books could be over-shadowed by off-topic posts such as relationship advice, waist size, etc.

Now if somebody has a question/complaint, it will be highly visible in the new forum. Instead of being pushed down the page by the off-topic posts, it will remain @ the top for days.

Since all the traffic is in this forum no one will read the disputes. That does not beneifit the player. I am in favor of deleting posts that turn out to be bogus complaints against a sportsbook.

this will be good to move threads like the 47 dollar rio debacle. . .we could have moved that one over after page 2

The new forum solely for complaints regarding advertiser books is imo. a step in the right direction. Why should the threads not get the proper attention because they are not mixed in with the myriad of other threads here in this forum? I know every moderator will do his best to facilitate a solution to any dispute. No threads will be moved to the Rubber Room (unless totally inane) which has caused controversy in the past. The ultimate goal for this new forum is to resolve any dispute quickly and fairly. Can that be done here, yes, does it hurt to have a separate forum, no. Anyone interested in the progress of a dispute will easily be able to get up to date information by simply entering the new forum.

Then change the name of this section to "how big is your waistline and penis"

Let JMan be the sole mod over here.

It looks like this section of the forum is for shilling our sponsors only !

Pulse of the offshore industry ? Yea right !

This is happened because of the $47 Rio affair, just wondering what has been resolved with that, I understand the poster was banned from here after complaining about a advertiser..True or False

Joel - The poster was banned only because he started to flame other posters, especially in other threads. He was allowed to make over 40 posts, and had to be edited for vulgar remarks in close to a dozen posts finally we could no longer tolerate repeated sexual references aimed at family members of anyone who did not agree with him. Had he remained civil he would still be able to post here today. His situation has been settled, he has been paid the bonus and the issued is over. Feel free to visit the thread in the Rubber Room.

Yes -but I searched, and bumped the thread to the top about an hour ago. It should be in the top 5 or 6 threads.
