Its been a fun 2 weeks with this olympic basketball. These are my final plays. No changes or additions later.


Spain/Usa Over (180) Risking 2.4 to win 2.0
Usa (-21) Risking 1.1 to win 1.0
Usa(-20) Risking 1.3 to win 1.0
Argentina (+4) Risking 1.20 to win 1.0
Argentina Under (164) Risking 1.20 to win 1.0

I might add a unit to the Argentina if I feel better about it. There is not one game on this card that I can say is a winner so I am playing with caution.

(Argentina Moneyline)

If I am going to take Argentina to cover, I am going to take the moneyline. If argentina is losing they are losing by more then 4 but thats not going to happen. Even though Argentina is short handed, I still hate Luithuania. Ill take the moneyline. I like argentina alot by the spread. The value is worth it on the moneyline. I was waiting for the line increase to place this bet as I had plans on doing so earlier.

Glad you listened. Too many bettors don't play the mL with small spreads, you lose out on so much value. Anyways, Lithuania had no right laying points in tonights game, books were way off. Only reason Argentina didn't cover the first time was because they shot under 25% from 3 pt land and they only lost by 4...

i AGREE with you, but I was planning on taking the moneyline either way. The line opened at 3.5 at my book. I knew the line was going up and it did. I had all attentions of betting the moneyline. Just not how much and when. ALso, if I was going to lose, there was no way argentina was going to lose by 4. They would of lost by at least 8 points and I thought this since they were short-handed. Lucky for me, the whole team stepped it up.

I just thought that Argentina would be deflated after their hard loss, and the fact that Ginobli was out and Nocioni would be hobbling.

It was the complete opposite. Lithuania was out of it and complaining from the get go. VERY NICE

I'm expecting a 2-0 game here. I just don't see how Spains SUPER soft defense can prevent the USA from scoring 100. Argentina is LIGHT YEARS better on defense then Spain and they gave up 101.
