New Betcsi with new management

Be very careful with these guys!!!! I'm not sure how anyone posted up on the third or dealt with any customer service since the superbowl?

I made a superbowl bet and went to check my account on Monday. It said the account doesn't exist. Than it said under new management without any email notification or anything.

Than I called the new customer service (Monday) number and they didn't know who Betcsi was. Later in the day I called back and the guy said they were a dataservice company who was going to be taking over some things on the 12th. He couldn't answer questions about my account.

Also they sponsored a contest at another site who cancelled the contest because they couldn't reach betcsi for 2 weeks.

Anyways I thought they closed shop. I read this yesterday and figured I'd wait till today to give my story after I tried to call again. I just called about 10:45 and the operator said the person that runs betcsi won't be there for another 45 minutes.

I don't wanna bash them until I see what happens with my account because hopefully it will work out. I'll let you guys know how everything works out.

For now I advise people to be careful!!!

Well it looks like I'm ****ed unless I want to post up my balance. They say that they only bought the Betcsi domain name. They had no idea what accounts betcsi had.

So I had about $500 in the account. He said if I send another $500 he'll pick up the fees and than I have to rollover the entire amount 7 times.

In other words it looks like the old ownership screwed me and the only thing I can do is postup $500, get a 100% bonus, with a 7x rollover.

I'm not sure if I feel like dealing with this type of situation with new, unproven, management.

Good luck to anyone who goes with them. It looks like I got the shaft from the old ownership.

If anyone deposits keep us informed if you get payouts.

Ok I talked to Tony at betcsi.com. I was going to give up but I said $500 is $500. Anyways I explained my situation again and I told him how I gave them some shit at different forums. He stood up to the plate and gave me my balance. I told him I would take back my negative commnets and that is what I'm doing. It seems like the new management of this shop wants to make it work.

So I have no negative comments about the new management. As always deposit at your own risk LOL.

All joking aside it seems that they may be a good book. I'll wait and see if I can withdraw my $ if I get up to that point. I'll keep you all informed. Also, if anyone takes the chance and posts up let us know how your withdrawal goes

"New management' right after Super Bowl? Let me throw a couple of ideas out there, guys. What if BetCSI old management had some debts they wouldn't want to honor? Would it be easy for them to claim they changed management? Did anybody know the name of the former managers? How can we confirm this new management is paying old debts or that is indeed a new management team?

I think the only reason why joechin is getting paid is because he mentioned the forums. Otherwise, I doubt he would have gotten any money.

I wouldn't play at this joint with Lander's scalping funds.

In a year from now, maybe. If they prove they're honorable guys.

If you're not a bonus whore, don't play at places that have no reputation or which names cannot be tracked easily. If you're a bonus whore and you're going for the bait, go ahead... but keep your whining out of the forum, when you get the shaft... please...
