Regular season Lamar is a far cry from a playoff Lamar.
People grow. Henry was a huge addition to this team. And the Defense has grown as the season has progressed. That stuff all helped Lamar to his best season ever. Maybe one of the best seasons ever in the NFL.

If Zay Flowers is healthy watch out. The team that couldn't could very well become the team that could.

It won't be easy. Buffalo and Kansas City are formidable.

But Pittsburgh? No chance for Pittsburgh. Russell Wilson is near or at the bottom of these AFC QBs. In fact he's near or at the bottom of all Playoff QBs.

Good luck, RE. But be careful.

They will probably win. Wouldn't be surprised if they beat Bills too. Bills can't stop a run game like Henry. Win it all though....Nah. Not Leemah. But if he can good for him.

Honestly worry more about Steelers than Bills for the Ravens. Not even shitting on the Bills, just think it's a tougher match-up (divisional, stylistically, etc.)

Ravens probably would beat Bills

Bills more likely to get to that game though, and will probably win by 50 in the wild card round

Russell Wilson was godawful down the stretch. Steelers lack of a franchise QB alone is the reason Tomlin hasn't won a playoff game since 2016 (although they almost beat overrated Burrow and his diva Bengals the other night - again! LOL)

All the Ravens have to do is give Steelers a heavy dose of Henry and they're toast. Save Playoff Lemah for low-risk short passes and screens. Anything more and the Ravens are flirting with disaster.

Browns vs Ravens:

Derrick Henry 1st half: 6 carries, 8 yards. Ravens points on offense: 7

Derrick Henry 2nd half: 14 carries, 130 yards, 2TDs. Ravens points on offense: 21

👉BEAST 👊

See how it works? That easy.

Harbaugh's an egotistical idiot, so ya never know.

I already explained rules were very different than and also salary cap. QB has more control over winning and losing than ever before. Only a star NBA player has more control over wins and loses than an NFL QB in team sports. Now days you have to win a SB if you are suppoded elite
Yeah he has lots of control over wins and loses when he's not even on the field for more than half the game! SMH

Are you honestly saying a QB doesn't have more control than anyone in football? Who controls the game more? You sound stupid.

And you are stupid! Comparing a Qb to other team sports, when the players play for the ENTIRE game, and saying they have more control in winning is just ludicrous! Any soccer player or a hockey goalie has way more control over their teams outcome than a QB.

Goalie may play the whole game but how often does he make an actual save on net especially with the potential to go in?

Soccer player on a giant field who touches the ball and makes how many significant plays?

Game on the line QB guarantee has ball in his hands. Can't guarantee that with a goalie or soccer player in that manner.
Where the goalies in the past 20 years who won cups like Mahomes and Brady did? Who views the goalies as being that clutch and the reason why?

REALLY!?!? Like 25-35 times! And it's all on him! He has to make the save and only him! Doesn't need to rely on a line blocking or receiver catching the ball. Dibu the GOAT is still perfect in penalty shootouts winning back to back to back! Casillas also 3 peated! All-timer midfielders such as Xavi, or Pirlo make up to 115-120 passes a game, much more plays than your NFL offense. Plus they play defense too! Mahomes and Brady won/keep winning with the refs aiding them every step of the way! Every single Super Bowl Brady "won" he had the better D (further proving my point you can't win shit without a team) except for the first one, which if it wasn't for a made up rule, they shouldn't have even been there! (Thomas dislocated shoulder, Sherman needing Tommy John surgery, Chancellor tear on MCL two days before the game, Lane breaking his arm, Avril leaving game with concussion with the lead (straw that broke the camel's back) was no longer the legion of Boom! All 7 Super Bowl wins, Brady's team had fewer penalties!! If you have the refs and the better D of course you're going to win! Mahomes Golden boy 2.0 gets all the calls now! Bengals were robbed because of terrible calls! The Eagles too! On Jackson's pick Likely was pushed down, clear PI if Mahomes was throwing the ball! The Bills beat KC, ALL THE TIME... in the regular season, 'cause the Chiefs average nearly 7 penalties a game. In the playoff they average 2 penalties a game! Last year penalties were even in the SB, KC had the better D and a coach who coached his players on the overtime rules!

How does a win in Buffalo this weekend change the narrative? If at all

I'm sure a loss amplifies it

Either guy deserves harsh criticism. Allen or Leemah. To much is given much is expected. Much money and much skill but are they clutch.? Are they really great QBs or just skilled runners who can't win. Passing is king. Eventually they are gonna have to prove it.

Nobody remembers 3rd or even 2nd place. 20-30+ years from now, nobody will be posting comparative QB stats of losers - "Look, my loser was better than your loser!"

Nobody will remember one great play or another in a playoff game if it ultimately didn't lead to a trophy. And the more time passes, the harder it is to convince anybody that x player was great for such and such a reason...because memories fade. That and the fact future generations will never see these guys play.

The only "narrative" that sticks over time is who won that coveted Vince Lombardi Trophy, and how many. The only other comparable as far as people's memories and history go is HOF.

So Super Bowls and HOF.

Brady has 7, Montana has 4, Bradshaw has 4, Mahomes has 3 etc.

The rest is just fun banter and spin because few narratives hold any weight over time.

It's going to be cccccccccooooooooolllllllllddddd in Buffalo. I personally think Leemah is too soft for those harsh conditions, not to mention he hurt his back against the Steelers so already has the perfect built-in excuse if he loses.

If I were the Ravens, I would run King Henry down the Bills throats and forget Playoff Leemah. Don't even take a chance he can win the game for you. Because by himself, he can't, something he's proven over time.

Weather probably favors Baltimore if anything

But probably not a huge swing factor either way

Shouldn't affect either team negatively in theory

12 degrees could certainly impact the outcome of the game. Some players will have trouble with the cold. The question is who? Kinda hard to know.

This game should have been scheduled early while the sun is still out. 12 degrees in the dark is gonna feel extra cold.

It goes deeper than just x's and o's with Leemah who boasts a spotty 3-4 playoff record.

The Ravens have 9 Pro Bowlers. Nine! Yet the line is a coinflip. :+clueless

But it's not just this game. If Playoff Leemah can't win a Super Bowl with this all-star crew, he's next to useless. He really is. Piling up regular season "stats" against bottom feeders does not make you a great QB.

In recent years, "good" QBs like Purdy and Hurts made it to the Big Dance with strong supporting casts (although they both lost) but nothing like these star-studded Ravens. So why does Baltimore keep falling short?

I get beating Allen AND Mahomes back-to-back is almost an impossible mountain to climb but we're talking Mister All-Pro/MVP here, right? Or is he?

During the Steelers game, one of the sideline reporters mentioned Leemah has "matured" and "grown" because he now uses inspiring music to block out those lingering doubts and negative thoughts. Huh??? At his level? Sound like a warrior with killer instinct who can smash through adversity? Nah.

Will this guy win a Super Bowl? Will Patrick Mahomes choke against the Texans?

The answer of course is 👉 as many rings as Dan Marino.

Some guys just don't have "IT" in those pivotal moments and against the Best of the Best, "IT" becomes a deciding factor.

"Never gonna win it all with Leemah!" (Exploited and REDEYE) is a solid take.

Lamar has generally played well against good competition the last few years

Ravens have a good roster around Lamr, but nothing like what 49ers had last year around Purdy.

Lot of pressure on both of these teams to get it done.

Both teams haven’t been able to get over the hump
