lost all respect for the dutch, obvious that they felt the only way to win was to get fouls called on brazil by embellishment. real question is how can the ref be the only one who doesn't see what is going on.

Why did you lose any respect for the Dutch, but not Brazil?
Brazil was way worse. Complained after every single one of their own fouls. Guys like Maicon clearly hitting their opponents legs, but still complain like they kicked the ball instead of a shin. Robinho complaining that a Dutch player took a dive, when he (Robinho) himself hit him and swiped his legs.
Players like Robinho were constantly complaining to the ref, no matter if they fouled or he got fouled, trying to draw cards against NED.
Yes, Robben was tough to watch today because of his acting, I didn't like that, too. But guys like Fabiano were way worse and besides Lucio I can't remember a single Brazilian, who after getting slightly fouled, didn't take at least 2 rolls and acted like he had broken both his legs...
And even worse than all the acting and complaining: There were 3 Brazilians today (Fabiano, Felipe Melo and Dani Alves) INTENTIONALLY aiming for an opposing player after the play was whistled dead...
After that tournament Brazil lost lots of respect, starting with the end to that game vs. Ivory Coast (although most of the blame there goes to IC, since they made the game get out of control), the post-game interviews by that POS Fabiano after he clearly played the ball with his hands intentionally TWICE before scoring the deciding 2:0 goal vs IC and now with all the unsportsmanlike behaviour today.
