That's the way to do it. I've watched several shows that are still running, in only the 1st or 2nd season. It leaves way too much time to wait for the next season. I've vowed to stop watching shows that have only aired 1 or 2 seasons. Hell, I'll probably wait until there's at least a 3rd season.
Bloodline is one of the shows I've watched like this....great show. And they are only doing one more season (3 total).
Marco Polo needed to go about half way through the first season for me to get into it. It builds slow, not sure it is historically accurate either. I don't know much about the Mongolian or Khan empires, which is what intrigued me. The show does get better though. It finishes season 2 in a cliffhanger spot and I just read season 3 may not be made now.... ^<<^
I have heard good reviews on Bloodline. That is forsure on my list of next shows to start. I dont watch much tv but I enjoy the binge watch once in a while, so I usually wait until a show hits Netflix and has at least 2 season and just veg out for a weekend and power through them. But I may need to adopt that 3 season rule now...
