Can only be made for the amount you have deposited via Neteller. At first this was a minor issue but since I have positive balances a several books with this policy they are useless for balancing your bankroll amongst several outs. Is it just a matter of time until all books have this rule?

It´s a shit-rule. I can´t see how Royal, betcbs and probably more boks can say that they can only make payouts of the amount that you deposit in the first run. Is it because Neteller take some high fees from the books when a player requests a withdrawl via neteller, or is it simply because the books don´t like neteller for some reason? or...

Or... because these shit books don't actually have any cash on hand (having blown it on hookers and dope), and with Neteller they have to come up with money rather than excuses and bullshit and "the guy in charge is in a meeting".

Several other have the same rule I think but not all of them tell you about it.

On one hand its gutless but on the other its pretty smart. IMO its a great way to discourage scalpers, so they dont play at their shop. It ties up their funds for days, making liquidity a problem

Royal will do anything to slow pay its customers. Including stupid rules about neteller.

Petyos is exactly right! Other books will charge a high price ($70+) for a Neteller withdrawal to slow it down, etc.
