Neteller Problems?

I have been unable to tranfer money in and out of neteller all day. I can't get a live customer service person on the phone. Anyone else having problems?

Seems to be on and off today. Managed to complete a transfer after five aborted attempts.

Could they be under a D O S attack? (I know that's probably a longshot, but another company is on the way.)

There is plenty of competition for Neteller; books just don't use them because few offer such easy access to players' bank accounts. Basically a near-monopoly has been granted to Neteller by books because of easy ACH/EFT access, and players actually like it because it's so "convenient."
