This guy moved to another country to withdraw his neteller funds just recently, so YES u can move, claim residency and withdraw funds....

First I had to show documentation. The following
was what it took.

1.) My bank statement.
2.) A color copy of the lease on my house.
3.) A color copy of my residency card.
4.) A color copy of my foreign driver's license.

As for what I think would work or not work, I'm
not sure. This was all I had to give, and it
eventually worked. I sent numbers 1, 2, and 4 first.
They wanted more. The lease worked. Then to re
certify my account, they had to call me at the foreign
phone number that I gave them. The bottum line is,
they want proof that you are truly in another country.

Now it is business as usual. I can even gamble
again.
For the person that has eighteen thousand in
Neteller, to me it would be worth it to start the
residency process.

my problem is I would have to establish residency for a bunch of different people. I guess I will just wait it out. It is nice to know it is possible though.

Yes, you can absolutely move. But they will require extensive proof (Not hard to provide - but nearly impossible if you are talking about moving an army.)

Someone should tell the guy with $800,000 to move his ass up north. If I had $800,000 there, I'd broadcast a live webcam of me holding my license from the CN tower.

Not sure why people are talking about relocation at this point. Do you really think they are stupid? If for some reason they are going to hold back on some of your funds, do you think by relocating you will avoid this? Also here's a clue for people who had no money left at neteller....if there happens to be a tax angle (which I don't) do you think that just because you have no balance at neteller that you will avoid scrutiny?

There's always next year, like in 75, 90-93, 99 &

Send,
Any theories on why NT said it would take 75 days to formulate a plan? I was thinking that might just be an echo of the timeframe they were given by the independent accounting team, but would like to hear other's opinions.

I'm thinking it's mostly the accounting work as well. Also we don't know if the DOJ will continue to allow Neteller to operate in the US for ANY reason going forward, which complicates getting funds to people. That might be done thru a third party with Neteller cutting a check to XYZ and XYZ distributing the funds back to customers. Also the fine amount or any potential prosecution of Neteller the company might be under negotiation.

They could be dumb or the person who went through all of the hassle of setting up a foreign identification just wasted a lot of time. I guess time will tell. Bottom line is under a worst case scenario, they still have the records and can go after people whether or not there's a balance in your Neteller account.

75 days cause the DOJ needs to figure out how big a fine to levy and they need to make sure they get their money before you get yours.

You will not get your money from NETELLER ever!

Forget it and move on!

Why do you think they have blocked all the ways for you to get your money?

You will never get your money!

Will my NETELLER account (canadian ) be closed?

No. You will still be able to use your NETELLER account to securely send funds to friends and family with our peer-to-peer service, transfer funds to non-gambling sites and withdraw funds from your NETELLER account at an ATM using the NETELLER Card.

Their entire ownership and management should get LIFE in prison!

If the US government wants to set an example they should go after these liars and thieves and put them away!

Fucking bastards!
