This person sounds mentally ill. The sane approach would be to assume he's not getting the money and proceed accordingly. If he had spent all the time that he has obsessed over it on something productive then maybe he'd already have made up for the lost money. Sounds like this guy needs professional help more than his Neteller funds.

No thats not the sane approach.We are most likely getting our money back and he has every right to worry about if and when that is. You have no idea how much he had on there and what he needs it for. The crap also happened 5 months ago so it sounds like he had food rent money set aside but has run through it which is understandable.
Its his fucking money and you act like he should want it or be pissed he doesnt have it.


I got a lot of my money off neteller when this all happened but still have a lot more on there. Not everyone only had 2000 dollars on there at the time so it wasnt exactly easy to get all of the money off at once. I was stupid for having as much as I had on neteller (although it wasnt all my fault either-wn a poker torunament and make 2 other big cashouts after having a great month or 2 in cash games and have really shitty timing.) but that doenst give them the right to keep it.

very little wagering (other than FL BCS bowl). I covered all sides mostly. Most of my profits were from BJ and high variance slot and VP deals. My last big score before the BCS game was Mansion where I did the free $1000 NFL bet followed by the $1000 matching bonus in the casino playing bingo with the 100x side bet before they yanked it. I managed about 30 accounts there.

I had already pulled most of the money out of my accounts in November. I let everything I still had ride on Florida moneyline for the CFL championship. I was in the middle of getting all this money out when the shit hit the fan. I was doing the Canadian Peer to Peer thing when that avenue got cut off. All in all I have 16 accounts with frozen funds.

I have talked to everyone and the only thing I can do is wait like everyone else. My lawyer thinks the US and Neteller will have to give up the funds. Some of the funds are in ach limbo (frozen) while some is still sitting in Neteller. He is prepared to file suit, but I would be exposing other people who are not involved and I am not going to do that. If they froze US accounts a couple months earlier I would be out mid 6 figures which makes this easier to swallow.

This was the final wakeup call for me hence my retirement. BOS hurt me pretty bad, but I hurt them even worse. Pinnacle was disappointing, but they were not my moneymaker.

just a mere 5 days before they stopped the even the Neteller Debitcard withdrawals thing I had just finished getting my small amount of $2800.00 I had out of there I really feel for the people that lost tons on this stiff job by neteller... I didn't get paid by Pinny until Saturday, and with Martin Luther King Day costing me a chance to get a checks mailed on Monday, Neteller shut down Tuesday. If Pinny would've paid me 2 days earlier I wouldn't have got stuck. Then someone was ready to do a person-to-person with me, and Neteller shut that down. I've been about 48 hours behind through this whole fucking nightmare. I just couldn't get on top of it because I never had a Neteller ATM card. I hope we get some good news soon.

Who am I going to threaten and harass? You call them and you'll get a $9.50 an hour employee who is going to lose his/her job soon.

I'll tell you another part of my nightmare...I ordered checks on Friday and Saturday that were in the FedEx envelopes ready to go out Monday, but because of MLK Day they couldn't. When they decided to shut down first thing Tuesday, they didn't send the envelopes out, and then lied to me about it for 2 days, which cost me more valuable time.

"They have 120% of the deposits held in an escrow account verified by auditors"....fucking joke.

I said this from the begining...I really dont think anyone is going to get paid by Neteller. Somehow someway they will make an excuse not to pay...JMO

Just look at BOS..they settled in court and from what I have read no one has gotten paid.
