I know it's not a Visa or Mastercard (like PayPal's was), so where can it be used to withdraw cash?

I'm thinking of requesting one. So far have only used Neteller for transfers. (Very well satisfied with their service in that area and am wondering about the debit card)

For those that have it what do you think of it. Likes -Dislikes (if any).

oldmantime - almost at any ATM that takes Maestro, Cirrus or Pulse...about 500,000 ATMs

Most stores take Maestro

Maestro and Cirrus are both from MasterCard...note the same logo

Oldtimer:

The card is a debit card, which you can fund directly from your Neteller account. You can then withdrawal the cash from any PULSE or STAR ATM, if within the U.S or any Cirrus or maestro ATM if international.

I think they charge somewhere around $1.5 per transaction.

True for the Blue NT card, but the new Gold NT card which they're using in place of the Blue one can be used at these system ATMS - Cirrus is NOT one of them:

Jazz I think you can use the blue card in Maestro and Cirrus ATMs outside the U.S.

After all these guys have just launched NT UK and NT Asia

Walk: you're correct. I should have added that according to the letter I got, you can no longer transfer funds to the Blue card, though you are allowed to withdraw anything in that account through the allowed ATM networks. Supposedly you can only transfer now to the Gold card.

I thought the blue card was gone, replaced by gold. Anybody notice that the blue card was Canadian and the gold card is out of Houston?

If the card is out of Houston then these folks will probably be subject to the pending legislation. If a large portion of their business is offshore wagering, they need to rethink the decision to have any affiliation with the US and companies based here.
