B of A is the place to withdraw. For smaller amounts though, a supermarket might be the place to go even if you have to do mutiple withdrawals. Most markets will allow you to withdraw $300 at a time even without a purchase. A POS charge by NETeller is only .75c per with no other charges.
But remember this....and it's very IMPORTANT. ALWAYS FIGURE THE CHARGES INTO YOUR WITHDRAWAL. So let's say I have $300 in my NETeller debit account. YOU MUST REMEMBER THERE IS A .75c CHARGE to WITHDRAW! So even if you make a purchase, the total you can withdraw is $299.25 total!
IF YOU TRY AND WITHDRAW $300 IT WILL GET DENIED, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED .75C EACH TIME IT'S DENIED!!! So what happens is, you try to withdraw $300 and when it's denied, you remember about the .75c charge. So now you try 299.25, and it gets denied AGAIN!!! Why? Because they have already charged you another .75c for the denial! Believe me, you better remember that 75.c each time or it'll drive you nutz. I finally went $3 under what I thought I had and it was approved. You call up NETeller and they'll tell you it's their debit card rules and tough titties!
So no matter where you withdraw from them, ALWAYS remember the charges. Same thing with the ATM when making multiple withdrawals. You must figure in NETeller fees + B of A or whoever fees, each time you withdraw. If you are denied you are going to be charged so figure it in when you adjust your withdrawal! you thank me later!
