Does anyone know if Neteller will mail out (for a small fee) an end of year statement ? Would it show for which books transferred money to and transferred money our of? (That would sure ease my mind to have something to show the tax preparer next year).
Thanks
OMT

Dante--Since I am a former govt. employee (26 years with the Federal and several years with state govt; none of which were connected to the IRS; Let me be 100% clear on this statement which I'm about to make or in the words of a previous President; "READ MY LIPS". The statement is : the government wants proof and the only way that I know of is in the form of paperwork, provided by a third party. Yes you are indeed correct that I have become paranoid, because of what I have read on this board. Plus, this is the closest the Feds. have come to adding criminal penalties for a player. (This satement would also show when I closed my acctount for that purpose--IF IT should come to that!)

Omt,
I feel the same way.

A LOT of people trusted Paypal at one time, well now all of our (us NYers) records are in the over-zealous hands of Elliot Spitzer and his staff (luckily he's only used it to chase around Mob guys - so far).

There is NO WAY NETeller would stand up to the US Govt and win - no friggin way.

Yes, just do a search on your account from Jan 1 to Dec 31 and print out the output.

Thanks for the printing idea. Would prefer the report to actually come from Neteller, but this wouls be better than nothing. (Does it say what funds went to which sportsbook, etc?)

Lander--If this bill becomes law, the Bank of America will no longer process Neteller's either in or out of bank accts. (IMHO). Personally, I have been amazed that they continue to do so now, since none of their credit/debit cards will work. The only thing I can figure is that Neteller is not coded for gaming.

It is good to look back at all the transactions. Some there that i had forgotten. Do not like to see the paper trail, but its there, may as well look at it.
