yeah everyone will be on it but that doesnt matter I think its the right play for sure the only thing that worries me is Bo Ryan's home court record but Purdue should take of business
Agree. Where at in Iowa neggy?
Also, Purdue won the first meeting 65-52 @ home. Some things to note from that game are the FT's for each team: Wisc was 4-6 FT, and Purdue was 13-19. I'm not sure if some of these free throws were from the end of the game but I am assuming that Wisconsin wasn't fouling late when they were down by 10+. So this says that Purdue was getting penetration and getting to the line. Wisconsin shot much worse than Purdue as Landry, Hughes, and Leuer combined for 10-38 from the field, and 3-14 from three. (Landry, Hughes, and Leuer are 3 of the top 4 scorers on Wisconsin). We can expect those three to perform MUCH better, especially being at home. As for Purdue's scoring, their leading scorer E'twaun Moore went just 1-12 from the field and scored just 4 points. However, Hummel and Johnson picked up the slack, combining for 36 points.
An important fact: Since their last meeting, Purdue has won 3 straight games, and Wisconsin has lost 3 straight games. Home court is a huge factor, and that is why Wisconsin is getting a lot of respect here. But Purdue is easily the better team, and I hope they show up tonight.
Prediction:
Purdue 63
Wisconsin 60
