guys cab you help me get a picture beside my name or an avatar as you guys like to call them.Even an explanation of how to get one would be good enough thanks in advance.

After you log in , go to my space on the header of the forum, then click on profile, choose among the avatars available, it feets pretty much any image you want.

no we don't update them...

there are a lot of places that have free ones
if you have an idea what you want..
