I"ll stick to topic & assume you're only looking for advice re the structuring-- not on whether Teasers have been shown to cause cancer when fed in massive doses to lab rats, why you're posting so late past your bedtime, and that you've your mind set on the team choces / aren't looking for validation on any-- 'cept for maybe the Rams. <g>
Because the teasers all fall on the flat, not ½ point, & due to the more unfavorable rule of ties lose when jumping to the 10 pointer( besides the advantageous push/loss resulting in no action on the smaller teaser)-- in addition to the fact you're adding an extra team but no extra payoff, & to boot not getting around the disadvantageous field goal difference, i would stick w/ the two teamer.

Vikings pk (really means -1 for practical purposes)
or
3 team 10 point
Rams PK (really means -1 also)
Vikings +3 (really means +2)
Patriots -2 (really means -3)
You're not gaining much w/ the Vikings from winning by 1 to losing by 2, and as far as the Patriots-- you're not getting around the field goal.
With those three teams you're basically saying there won't be a straight-up upset, for practical purposes.
An ideal situation would've been if each of those games was @ point or so more in your favor-- then i'd go even further, look to make that even better by adding a fourth team to make a 13pt teaser... you could then lose your games by a field goal / td depending, & still collect.
A bit off-topic--if for any reason you're interested in backing up your bet, you could also do something like this:
2 team teaser
Patriots-5
Vikings pk
as you originally have it, then a reverse hedge & middle try using the Rams:
3 team 10 point
Rams PK
Clev +22
CHI +17
OR: a 3 team 7 pointer if you want to avoid losing the vig at all costs,
OR only a two-teamer of the Rams with whichever of Clev / Chi looks stronger(in effect backing up the game that scares you the most).
