I guess "need" was the wrong word. I need to communicate w that person about something that is personal. I was hoping to learn more about PM on here. Is there any general rules? Or what the average timetable is? I don't mind waiting, just want to make sure I am doing what is needed. Thanks for the help

Staying clean, somewhere between 10-20 posts, no reports that you are bashing, etc.
Doesn't really take that long.
