I am making a trip to Vegas next week and then to Alantic city and would apreciate help in locating where all the legal Sportsbooks are in both cities as I want to check them all out...good or bad.

I have read these forums for quite a while and haven't had a reason to post until now.

So I guess you will call me a Newbie

Any recomends on which ones are good and which ones will boot me IF I start to win?

Are there any in Alantic city? I am going there to gamble and it would be great if there was some sports action.

Atlantic City does not have sportsbooks as far as Las Vegas goes they are not big on winning these days Stardust and The Golden Nugget are the only places worth playing these days while downtown you can hit the Nugget and the Fremont, it's a sattelite book of the Stardust

They don't boot you if you win in Vegas. However they have been known to take you out back, shoot you, and bury the carcus out in the desert.

Have fun and GL

Yes sir...I took the Flames at +200 before the series started so I'm locked in no matter what but still rooting for the Bolts. Sorry about tonight Savant and not seeing the Cup being held up high in Canada. (where it belongs)

Are you American? Are you male?

Just wondering. There are certain things American males should know. How to change a flat tire, how to shave, when to wear a tie, how to unhook a bra, etc. You should also know that Nevada is the only state that allows legal betting on all major sports.

Why people think AC has sportsbooks, I don't know.

Lookin4,
Many people wrongly believe that sports betting is legal in Jersey(AC). Its not. The only state with legal sports betting is Nevada. Oregan has a Lottery based on Sports and Delware has passed a law so that someday they might have books there. AC has some very nice Racebooks(and poker rooms!). Just about every Casino in Vegas has a place to bet sports. Many are satellites of bigger books. I have not been to vegas in a couple years but the as I remember the Coast Casinos, which cater to locals are great for betting races, and on the strip, the Stardust(The Dust to locals) is probably the last representative of "old" vegas sports betting. For laughs you could walk into the Mirage and say "Give me 10 dimes on the Yankee game over!" and watch the Supervisor run to the phone and the manager peek out to look at you. After 7-8 minutes when you finally get approved for the bet, say "Forget it, I'm going to play KENO where they treat me beter!" lol

MVBSKI, Isn't that 5 for 1 on the 3 team parlay instead of 5/1, which really isn't good. I agree I've seen some mistakes on those cards but still not worth the payout, unless I got 2 games on the wrong side of 3 or 7
