I have an 11 minute video that has this annoying cracking sound. I looked for programs online and all the free ones only are good for 3 minute clean ups. Any help would awesome!

Nobody? I promise you it is not porn. I will not be exposing you to my old hairy balls. It is a demo of one of my sites that I recorded via gotomeeting and I don't want to redo it, but there is just this annoying cracking sound for some reason. One of you geniuses have to have that software ( I hope)!!

I could not figure that thing out. It would not accept the mp4 format. I converted it onlineto a wav, but then there was no video there.

I was hoping that one of the great guys here had a program where I could send it to them via email, they could buffer out the crackling and email it back to me. I found some program that worked perfectly but the will not let me download it back without paying.

I am going Murph hunting!

Thanks guys!
Thanks for vote of confidence guys.

I dont do much audio or video cleanup stuff but I believe this program is freeware still - http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/

Virtual dub allows you to import video so you can slice it up the way you want it and also eliminate/reduce background noise, etc, You can also convert the video and size of the video output too. The last time I used it was quite some time ago but I believe it works the same. I think it uses mostly AVI files, but believe mpeg can be changed also...convert to avi first if not.

That is the best solution I know of for free, although I haven't used too many to compare it. I believe that if you read up and experiment with this software, it will do everything and more than you need done. If you want a paid software that will for certain work then download the torrent and crack or keygen (to make free) for Adobe Premiere Pro..

That's awesome Davey! I think Murphs thing would work, but it looks like a bunch of steps of converting and other stuff. If you could do it that easily, that would be huge! I am going to forward it over to you now. Thanks so much!
