Its a phone/internet/cable provider here in chicago, my building only uses this and its apart of the assessments

just a heads up....i called comcast to tell them that i was unhappy and switching services for my salon.
They transferred me over to the cancellation department and they were trying to do everything to get me to stay!!
Now im locked in for comcast at my salon with a commercial rate of 119 a month after taxes, includes 2nd tier tv,uhnlimited local and internet!!Paid almost 200 before that.Cancellation department seems to have alot of juice over the other departments??

I than called Rcn to try to work the same magic and they told me im pretty much stuck with my shit at home because the condo association has a strict contract with rcn, Fuck you mfers!!
Oh well cant have it all

It's called the Retention Dept. and they are the shit.

They will make deals like no ones business.

I've been fvckin w/ them for 4 yrs now. Saved alot of cash.
