Need help advice regarding pph service

Hey guys I have been using a pph service because of a long term friend runs it. We go way back. The site is great it's software great. Its lightening fast. Never down. Here's the problem I'm getting shaken down for fees after fees that i feel are not valid plus if I don't have excess funds by Monday morning I get blocked down. This is chump change. It's embarrassing how small of amount gets me locked. I'm not talking a negative balance I'm talking a positive balance. I'm small time doing this with friends. This is not a major operation. Far from it. Ok so we get into yesterday over $40. Yes $40. I said I'm working and I'll have money in there in a day or two to cover the week. Keep in mind I still am positive balance .

So so I contact a site at I've noticed from here. Not naming them. They were great. Set me up. The customer service was outstanding problem solved. Not so fast. No one could log into the site an hour before kickoff. It was crashing all the time
so had to go back to old pph service.

I need a fast site that people on here can recommend

any advice please

the new site has a grace period til Friday. Which is perfect because I have a day job and it takes a few days to collect. I'm not gonna put up hundreds to a site in advance. I'll pay as I go. Need advice

well before I could answer, need to know how many guys you have. so a per week thing.
and not sure what you mean you pay as you go, because you need some kind of cushion

I don't want anything for free. I always keep a positive balance. But I need a 2-3 grace period during the middle of the week. I'm not gonna keep hundreds in surplus in a pph

ill keep the amount I use per week in the account but I may not have $$ in the account starting Monday morning of the new week. I work 730 -4

But I'll always have plent to cover in there before the weekend.

I agree with BAS - youre making it hard on yourself re-upping every week. Although BTC has probably made your life easier in this regards.

I would have no problem sending a couple grand at time, that way I wouldn't have to worry about it for a month or two. I'd be curious why you wouldnt do that?
Seems like some of this may be self-inflicted, then. You should be able to trust your PPH.

I mean, clients who continually make you meet every week, even when they win a very small amount is annoying right? You're doing the same to them. Knock it out once a month.

Still, you should have some repour built with your PPH by now. I'd be livid if I was being locked out.

yeah I mean if you are only doing this during Football, you know it's 17 weeks
so if you have 10 players @ $10 a head, that's $1700
even if you break it up into two payments, throw $850 in and don't worry about it for a while.
Then maybe they will give you a little time when it comes into play again 9 like a couple of days to get in the other $850 )

If it's more than 10 players, like say 20, break it up into 1/4's ... something .... But NOT Weekly

i have a handful of players less than 20 shit sometimes less than 15
but what does it matter as long as I have the funds in the account every week
Monday 8am is logistically a nightmare for me. By wed no prob

plus when ive had excess funds in the past there's always overcharged or fees that get zapped
i appreciate the advice.

unless all of your guys plan to stop gambling at the same time, why wouldn't you have a reserve ?? even if you did 1 month in advance ?

what kind of Fees could they be charging ??

Over charging ?? meaning you have 11 guys playing and they charge you for 12 ??

Well that's easy to fix if you get charged anything extra. Just go back to that weeks plays and see how Gambled and who didn't
I would also tell them to stop the BS.

Back to funding your PPH account.... I'm sorry but i can't agree with your thinking of paying weekly .. it just doesn't make sense
You should be able to put up a Month in advance and not worry about it. Then somewhere during the 4th week send another Month in advance
then you won't be locked out.

I'm not sure how you are paying, but it's got to be much easier to send Monthly than it is Weekly.
Nothing against You, but if I owned the PPH, I would either do the same thing ( lock you out ) or boot you.

I'm also not a fan of your $100 settle ... that's got to be Pain in the @ss
and probably takes up a lot of your time.

Not telling you what to do, it's Your Business .... but it just can't work the way you are doing it.
I'm sure your customers aren't happy being locked out on Monday as well
