Need Fantasy Baseball Help

I have a fantasy baseball draft and I haven't played in a league in a while. I could really use some general help and even specific players to try to grab and ones to avoid. Got some guys in the league doing pay sites and I do not want to be doomed come draft time.

Thanks...Looks like Slugglng Average is the real key for Batters and Wins/LowerERA pitchers

But that's cursory on my part. I've never played under such a scoring system.

Hopefully others who have used that type of system can weigh in
