Daddyrit - one piece of advice is DO NOT risk playing at WorldWager again. Too many problems, working a case now where they "confiscated" some money from a player, over 6 dimes I think it was. No reply yet but always looks suspicious when they take their time in getting back with us. So follow one of these gentlemen in this thread but I would not go back there under any circumstance.

I believe Customer Service should be considered heavily. A book that will respond to your questions and treat you like they want your business. This takes a CS dept. that handles phone and email questions from their customers.

Patrick --- Thanks for the response. Absolutely no chance of going back to WW. Payout took too long and thewy were tolerant (instead of taking corrective action) of idiots posting racial slurs/taunts on the message boards. All in all a bad experience. I was happy to get my winnings and leave.
