99steak. Why did you say you don't get paid from sportsbook.com. I know first hand and it appears others here do too that it's not true. If you had a problem with them unique to just yourself, then clarify that.
I've used sportsbook.com for years and have always been paid by check delivered by Fed X. The only problem I ever had was for a couple of months last summer when it took a month to get paid because of processor problems. I don't like their $2500 limit per check, but I just make another withdrawl the next day. They are also the only place I can deposit either online or over the phone using my Visa card without problems. I won't go thru the hassle of using Western Union, getting a name from the book and then having to phone Western Union back with the info. And then Visa charges you a 3% free because they see it as a money transfer.
A little hint to everyone. If you can use Visa for direct deposits and get paid by check for withdrawls, get a credit card that gives points toward merchandise or frequent flyer miles. You get points or miles when you make a deposit but when you get paid, it's by check and not a credit back to your card, so you keep all the points from your deposits.
Bookmaker.com also takes Visa, but they go thru periods when everything is declined when their processor is known to the banks and you have to use Western Union or Moneygram instead.
