Two days ago i contacted oklahoma sports book via online chat. I asked what kind of bonuses do you offer and what are the rules.

ok so today I sent them 1000 when I im them otis getts on and tells me now it is 5x rollover plus a 30 day wait, so I say, Thats not what I was told two days ago, so just send me back the moneywith no bonus. now they are saying that they won´t even send it back without a bonus policy. I need some advice, cansomeone please help?

DOnt know what to tell you, but why not just play with them for 30 days?

I mean if you REALLY need that $1000 to eat, etc, then you should not be gambling anyway

no, Its just that I don´t like to play at books with those kind of rules, I understand the rollover requirments, but they threw this on me at the last min. I just don´t like to be missled, so all I am wanting is for them to refund my coin so I can go to a diferent book

they are saying that the rules are posted on the sight, but when I got into an IM conversation with this gentleman, the first time he didn´t say anything about that rule then today when I sent the coin, he said something about it. So SCince that rule is attached to the bonuses, then I told him, don´t give me a bonus and just send back my coin.

I hear your gripe...it sucks, however my feeling is that if the rules are posted on the site then you are beat...

although it is fishy if he didnt mention it...but did you ask?

Are they refusing to send back your money? What are they saying as to why?

Rules are rules, and if they are posted we had to stick to them. But the main problem is not that they lie to you, is that u didnt read. So next time read all rules and regulations and if you can save them so they wont say to u on any other time that the relu is on their site.

Remember many NEW books hide things so they get more customers!!

I wont tell u dont play or play with them.. but better if u do a background research before!
And if you want more info on them ask the General we was trying to see who they are.

I personally hate rollover requirements. I would just waive any bonuses, etc. if you dont want to have to wait 30 days to cash out. I just lost approx. $700 at a book for the same exact reason.......

I see Otis doesn`t even know what the rules are...You certainly deserve your deposit back minus the transfer fees, says so right in THEIR RULES!

thank you for checking it out General, I have never seen a situation that you couldn´t handle. This is a lesson, yea I could have played there, but to play there after they changed the rules, that would be unfair to myself and anyone else. Thanks RX readers and posters. And thanks General Pete, I am hoping to recieve my money back soon, or reecieve the fair rules.
