I hope you got down on SYRACUSE -2 before it jumped to 3 & 3 1/2 at some PL\laces. Tha 'Cuse really stunk the arena up this afternoon .... BUT a WIN IS A WIN!!!

There is another tread on here about Syr being a "trap".
I don't think that has to mean Vegas sets these "traps" consciously and ahead of time.
To me what it means is the Syr as a perfect example. Tons of degenerates line up like robots and follow this play and push the line to no value/loserville.
After seeing the tone of hardship in ALL of the Mayor's post I will sadly but boldly guarantee he got screwed by the 3.5. Maybe by the grace of God may have got the push. I doubt it. Sorry to see.

Overall, the MAC has been VERY disappointing this year. They got lots of attention during the Wally years of Miami-OH and then Kent's run to the Elite Eight.
But this year is probably their worst year in 8-9 years. For example, Northern Illinois was picked to win their MAC division!
I haven't bet on any MAC team in several weeks. Too many mediocre and below-average teams, you never know when they're gonna show up.

As for Syracuse, I went and read the other tread & understand COMPLETELY where you are coming from. But I felt when going over the situation last night that they were a good plat vs. G'Town. They played a lackluster game , to say the least!
But I caught them at -2 AND squeaked home. Do I consider the play Fortunate .... YES! But I did not just Blind Bet the game. Sometimes the games just do not go off as planned.
