...is seriously weak. in the playoffs who have they beaten? the ravens on the road arent the same team as home. Baltimore was a 32 yard fg away from sending that game to OT. Denver? in the words of mike ditka, stop it. even go as farback as the regular season. look at their last 10 games prior to the play offs

week 8: Lost to pitt
week 9: Lost to NYG
week 10: beat NYJ
week 11: beat KC
week 12: beat philly
week 13: beat indy
week 14: beat washington
week 15: beat denver
week 16: beat miami
week 17: beat buffalo

im sorry but are u guys truly buying into their defense is better or any of that? their competetion went down. what qbs did they face and beat? mark sanchez, tyler palko? vince young? dan orlovsky? rex grossman? tim tebow? matt moore? ryan fitzpatrick?

do any of those qbs strike fear in opposing defenses?

id imagine you gotta think the battke tested Giants are up to the task and getting 3 points is huge.

The thing with baltimore is that they didn't show up on some less competition on the road.
They did beat Pitt twice home and road.

Every QB can have a bad game the Pats beat Balt with Brady having a bad game.
Eli can't afford a bad game.

Losses

washington, seattle, san fran, philly, saints, green bay, washington

they won against

rams, philly, zona, buffalo, miami, pats, dallas, nyj, dallas

I see one playoff team in there, the pats, who they are playing

Whats your point?

besides the fact they beat the team their playing in their stadium, the defending super bowl champs and favorite to win it all @ GB, and the best defensive team this year @ SF....i guess nothing

They won in NE with a BS pass interference call that put the ball on the 1 yard line with 15 seconds left, that won't happen tomorrow. The Giants are going to get lit up.

Galante really don't get your point...

First of all Giants lost twice to Washington and once to Philly...both two teams New England beat as if they were their bitches and two teams New England is 17 points better then no matter where they'd play Washington or Philly (who cares who was at QB---same guys were at QB vs Giants when they played and BEAT Giants)

Secondly, Baltimore ravens are a good 14pts better than the 49'ers who Giants beat in NFC championship. So why criticizing who NE beat to get to Super Bowl. Hell if Baltimore played SF, 49'ers would be lucky to get past the 50yd line LOL with Alex "THE STIFF" smith at QB...

I'm not touting anyone although I'm still leaning NE because of all the Giant love. But really a team that lost twice to washington, once to Seattle and once to Philly shouldn't be touted over anyone

The Giants defense can still be had and there is a good chance QB Brady can get it done....

Yours in Winners
BernieV

*****Interesting how people criticize the NE defense(and their pass defense is shit) but lets face it, Denver and Baltimore came into their playoff games with competent rushing offenses and NE defense dominated both teams rushing offense.

how are the ravens 14 pts better then the 49ers? have u checked the ravens road stats and record?

for all the people speaking of how much love their is for the giants i see a ton for the pats with the simple logic of "everyones on the giants"

My whole thing was you cant just list who they beat. It does not matter, its a different game right now.

You can even go and say...

Balty beat SF
SF beat Giants
Pats beat Balty..

It can go in circles they way you are posting past games. To me it has no value. Good luck!

Yep, beat them in NE, without having their #1 RB and #1 WR.

Hey Willie, I'm heading to the Woods for the game and gambling tomorrow. Where is the best place to watch the game the? Any opinions on low brow strip clubs in the area?

just saw this post, sorry

Foxwoods doesn't really have a great sportsbar, maybe the Mexican place that's located in the "Theater District". They have a bunch of TV's. I guess the racebook might be cool as well.

The Sun has Michael Jordan's, which would be the best place to watch it I think

The Gold Club is about 20 minutes away. Never been to the one down there, but the Gold Club in Hartford is pretty good. They have a topless liquor side and a fully nude juice side. They have TV's too

no the way your doing it is what makes it go in circles. you obviously didnt read the thread. im not saying team a beats team b and team b beat team c so obviously team a beats team c.

the giants played a tougher schedule, beating the packers and 49ers is no small feat. add to that the fact theyve already won in NE. doesnt the SEC usually win its bowl games vs other conferences? why is that? theyve played higher competetion and proved that they can win. name a team over .500 NE has beaten...its the ravens who missed a 32 yard fg on the road to send the game to ot. doesnt that say something about NE's competetion all year? and that this is a step up from any game theyve played?
